How do you charge?

Per job, not per hour. We check your position at CIPC and SARS first, then quote a fixed fee for the work that is actually outstanding. Nothing starts until you have agreed to the figure.

What is a statutory fee?

It is the fee CIPC or SARS charges for the filing itself, set by them and payable to them. We pass these through at cost and show them separately from our own fee.

What does SARS charge to file?

Nothing. SARS does not charge a filing fee. What it does charge is an administrative penalty for every month a return stays outstanding, plus interest where tax is paid late or a provisional estimate falls materially short.

What if I have several years outstanding?

That is most of our work and it is quoted the same way. We check how many years are open, quote for the whole backlog up front, then file the oldest first and deal with the penalties once you are compliant again.
